“Alright, I have to share my experience on this book! I started the AIP with Ludy 2 weeks ago and I love this book. I love it because it is so easy: I don't need to search hard, online, in my recipe books, in my head, to find recipes I can eat from A to Z. Which is a first!! I browse it on Saturdays, I can pick recipes depending on the type of meat/fish as it is sorted like that, easy to vary your nutrients. I build my menu for the week and the grocery list, boom. Done. Even my hubby did pick the recipes last time, and he didn't have to ask himself if I could eat that or not. Then, when it is cooking time, I know they are all not going to waste my evening stuck in the kitchen: less than 30 min, done. Honestly, it takes a little more time if you are not the queen of the kitchen, but really, it is easy. It is only my hubby and I, each recipe gives plenty to eat for 4 people, so I carry the leftovers for the next lunch, it is just perfect. Should I mention, recipes are DELICIOUS, no frustration at all!!  I use some recipes for snacks and breakfast too, like the fish cakes, or the liver pates. Easy to carry with you, and you don't need tons to feel re-energized till the next meal. And to finish... I have never felt better. My husband is totally amazed and loves the new me ;).
